NST is a comprehensive myofascial and vibrational energy therapy, safe to use on anyone, from new born to the elderly with any condition from acute pain to chonic complaints. A treatment comprises of the application of sequence of specialized moves on the body each at a specific site. There is no formal manipulation just a cross fibre manoeuvring of a muscle tendon or ligament using varying pressure and incorporating time delays to allow the body to respond.
